Why is the sky blue?
The scientific answer would be
“Blue light is scattered in all directions by the tiny molecules of air in Earth’s atmosphere. Blue is scattered more than other colors because it travels as shorter, smaller waves. This is why we see a blue sky most of the time.” Quote from Nasa
But why is the sky blue?
The answer itself shouldn’t satisfy you
Have the audacity to question the norm
Break away from what has been and try to redefine it
Simplify the beauty of blue and make it your own
Have the strength to ask why is the sky blue?
Even if you are no longer a child have the guts to question the world
Dont fear the unknown and dont fear looks of people who dont know the answer but will look at you funny
Ignore those who try to be more than they are
For they will look at the world, and see only what they have been told
And what they dont understand is a source of anxiety
But to question everything, means to learn everything
Trust without doubt, is a hollow diamond
Shine without the vibrations of knowledge is an empty flare
There is no such thing as dumb questions
But there are foolish answers, and even dumber reactions
The world is full of information, but not everyone is curious enough to ask
So please scream it from the top of your lunges “Why is the sky blue?”
Hold the source of the rainbow in your palm
And look through the kaleidoscope of sunshine to see the world smile at you
Because only those willing and brave enough to be different will make a difference
Define your own reality, for science isnt always the final answer
Dream up a world, where you feel the sky was meant to be blue
So then asking why is the sky blue? will be a question you will have an answer to

I wanted to make a piece that shows everyone that having a scientific answer isnt always the one you were looking for. Sometimes you want more, and its at those times that you have to find an answer for yourself. Some people might not understand, but sometimes curiosity is stronger than a simple brush off answer people tend to give you. So its not always about the question, but more about the reasons for asking the question. And its that that I wanted people to find in this piece.
Now if you like this piece, I have several more in my b0ok, which you can buy here.
